Are you planing to a chef? Joining the the Culinary Art Program at Apicius International School of Hospitality will be you journey in the restaurant industry. The program provides students with skills necessary to enter into the professional food service industry. Student will gain a solid foundation of Italian cuisine covering all aspects of professional culinary arts with an emphasis on Italian products, traditions and regional cuisine.
The Culinary Art Program may be taken for one semester, one year or two years. Each year consist of two semesters that offers a set of core classes and intensive weekend seminars. Students can attend one single semester and obtain a transcript for credits, or complete the full year program and receive a Certificate in Culinary Arts.
