Beijing Study + Travel (2.5 weeks)

Program Description

Enroll in this program that provides program the opportunity to be immersed in the local life of Beijing communities. This study abroad program allows students to learn about current-day China while visiting areas of cultural and historical signification. Students will learn Mandarin in morning classes while participating in afternoon activities that may include volunteer work. Evenings are spent participating in cultural activities and visiting interesting sights in the city.

What`s Included

Additionally, students will hike up the legendary Great Wall, wander through the Forbidden City, China's former imperial palace, and explore Tiananmen Square, the world's fourth largest square, the Summer Palace, a conglomeration of beautiful lakes, palaces and gardens, and 798, a modern art district that seems to be more at home in Soho than in the ancient capital of China.
