Athena Study Abroad in Seville, Spain

Overall rating: 0 based on 0 reviews

Program Description

Studying in Athena's Seville, Spain program is sure to give students the best possible knowledge both of the Spanish language and the culture due to its in depth immersion. Most classes in the school, Centro de Lenguas e Intercambio Cultural (CLIC), are taught in Spanish, though students have the option to take classes in English at the nearby University of Seville. These classes exemplify the diverse usage of the Spanish language as subjects vary from Business to Healthcare. Not only that, but for students who really want to immerse themselves in the surrounding culture there are homestay options. Otherwise, student housing will be in residencias (apartment-style residence halls).

Highlights

Seville is the capital of Spain's Andalusia region, it is also the cultural, artistic, and financial center of southern Spain. CLIC itself is part of the local history as the school is based in a modernized, refurbished mansion in the heart of Seville. As if the energetic and historical city of Seville isn't enough, field trips are also included in the program! Such destinations could include Zahara Beach, Granada, and Morocco.
