Program Description

As one of the great powers in influencing Western civilization, students will be exposed to the historical tradition of Rome as well as its place in the modern world. Some activities in the program that allow students to experience the culture first hand are traditional Italian folk dancing, wine tasting, fresco making, and movie nights. Being in a big city may be daunting, but through this program it doesn't need to be! The school in Rome aligns itself with Athena's mission of personalized attention, so due to the smaller class sizes and dedicated professors and advisors, you'll feel right at home both with the faculty and your classmates.
