SPANISH LANGUAGE PROGRAM
HONDURAS SPANISH SCHOOL- HOSS is a Spanish Language Immersion school located in La Ceiba, Honduras, Central America. Spanish is taught on a one on one student teacher ratio, focusing in conversation practice, grammar, and readings. The program is based in 20 hours per week, 4 hours per day from Monday through Friday. All our teachers are certified and must pass an entrance exam in order to work in our school. They are university graduates and some of them are bilingual for those at the very beginning level.
HOMESTAY:
Students have the opportunity of living with a local Spanish speaking family while attending school. Each student will have a private room and bathroom and 3 meals per day are provided. Students are met at the airport or bus station by the owners of the school and taken directly to their host family. Students can arrive and stay with their family one day in advance to start their program in order to get to know the members of the family and get familiar with the town. Our friendly host families are located in the same upper middle class neighbourhood where our school is located. A key of the house is given to the student. WiFi available.
