User Experiencer (Joybuy.com)

Job Description:
• Implement market researches in Europe, Australia based on sales performance on joybuy.com and local online sales performance, to increase and improve categories & products on joybuy.com.
• Improve, plan and execute sales events (Singles Day Sale, Double 12 Sale, 618 Anniversary Sale, Black Friday Sale, etc.)
• Improve the overall user experience of JD.com’s global website (joybuy.com) according to the online shopping users` habits in Europe and Australia.
• Analyze sales and product data, propose and implement optimization programs to increase conversion rates.
• Daily website operation work
• 3-5 years’ experience in related position,
• Native English would be a plus.
• Hands-on knowledge of operating an international online shopping website, e-commerce platform business model. Familiar with popular online shopping websites in overseas markets, including user`s shopping process to improve the shopping their shopping experiences. Familiar with AliExpress or Amazon's operation management would be a plus.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Good problem solving skills with ability to think outside the box.
• Assertive, confident and effective communicator with the ability to influence others.
• Ability to work under pressure and proven track record of driving results, experiences in working in a cross-culture environment would be a plus.
