Sales Manager (Die Casting Machine)

Job Description:

Specializing in injection molding equipment manufacturing industry, it offers a one-stop solution as an equipment supplier, integrating the functions of design, research and development, manufacturing, sales and customer service. As a model enterprise in the equipment technology arena, it has currently established various commercial divisions, namely, injection molding machine, die-casting machine, rubber injection machine, high-speed packaging machine, robotic automation system and Precision Mold, realizing diversified development in the equipment manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities:
Research local market of Die Casting Machine in the US and implement a sales strategy. Business development and customer relationship management. Be a bridge between US office and Headquarter, and responsible for building/leading the sales team.

1.Deep understanding of the die casting market in north America, make regional sales plan and implement it.
2.Maintain the agency relationship and provide assistance from the seller.
3.Reporting to headquarters on a regular basis
4.Formulation and implementation of a regional sales plan
5.Sales expense controls
6.Market development
7.Customer relationship management
8.Sales information management
9.Sales team building
10.Check the schedule of daily customer phone calls and field visits
11.Check whether the quotation has been issued on time
12. Follow up the intended customer orders
13. Understand the delivery date of the machine which has been taken off and coordinates the headquarters on time to solve the difficulties encountered in production.
Requirements:
Qualifications Required:
1.Eligible to work in US and fluent in English as work proficiency.
2.Bachelor’s degree in marketing, international trade, or mechanical engineering related field preferred.
3. 5 years of sales experience as a manufacturer or dealer role of Die Casting Machine.
4.Familiar with Die Casting Machine and the product knowledge of relevant equipment.
5.Acquainted with manufacturing suppliers Die Casting Machine in US, and have hands-on resources.
6.Has experience as being sales manager in North America for die-cast machine factory PRINCE or worked as sales manager for other foreign brands such as Bulher, Frech etc. which have retail agency in the US.
