Job Description 
1.Oversea foreign teachers channel development and maintenance, explore foreign teacher channels, discuss cooperation model and daily communication
2.Overall planning foreign teachers preliminary test, interview process, on boarding training, exam quality of hiring from vendors
3.Cross department communication on foreign teachers hiring (sales & product development team, scheduling as well as GTR Committee)
4.Manage key & core teachers, updating hiring requirement based on most efficiency resource to meet education quality
5.Manage in house recruiting team to finish English consultant selection process based on target plan
6.Other special project assign to support teacher PR
Requirements:
Requirement 
1.Bachelor’s degree or above, master’s degree preferred with oversea study experiences, major in business management, science and engineering, human resource management will be preferredFluent English speaking
2.Integrity, passion, responsibility, positive and active, good at communication with people, willing to work under fast speed working condition and industry
3.Prefer to have people management experiences
4.At least above 5+ years working experiences
