Oral English Teacher

We’re currently looking for 1 oral English teacher to join our team in teaching students aged between 6 and 7. You’ll be joining a school equipped with some of the best facilities in Hangzhou, a place often referred to as “the Most Magnificent City in the World”.

Your Tasks:

• Teach Oral English to students aged 6-7;
• Teach class sizes of 26;
• Create and teach lessons using a range of techniques;
• Get involved with the students and encourage them to learn;
• Develop assignments and tests, as well as deliver them;
• Be willing to be part of a community which is all about development and learning
• Attend staff meetings in order to remain current about educational policies, special procedures and fully understand the teaching requirements.

• A patient listener who is ready to encourage students to do their best;
• A positive attitude with good organizational, presentation and teaching skills;
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of English speakers;
• A love of teaching and learning with younger learners;

Oral English Teacher Working Hours:

- 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
- No office hours.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent;
- At least one year of teaching experience;
- Possess either a TESOL, TEFL, ESOL, or CELTA certificate;
- Ability to give lessons focusing on children’s listening, speaking, reading and writing, etc. and which will improve their oral English abilities.
