Job Description
Coach children in accordance with the drills prepared for each session
Represent the brand with the highest care given to both appearance and behaviour
Maintain and develop relationships with participants in the program and individually understand develop each participant through individualised attention and focus
Ensure that program activities operate within the policies and procedures of the organisation
Identify coaching goals for the program and coaching staff to help improve the quality and content on a constant basis
Track development of children in the program and report on outcomes/progress on a quarterly basis
Organise competitive matches both within and outside the Academy
Identify and encourage player growth by running contests/prizes for player performance
Ensure feedback from parents and children on the program/coaches happens once every quarter
Ensure session plan and equipment for each program is in place prior to each session; equipment inventory to be reported once a month
Assist in general management and execution of organisation activities across all functions

Salary compensation is at par with local coach compensationAdditional Benefits:
Housing will be provided in a central location at Bangalore
Transport to all locations will be provided by the company
