Job Description
We are now holding interviews for English teachers wanting work in Shenzhen. If you are a creative teacher, have an interest in an authentic Chinese school setting and can deliver learner-centered, engaging lessons then we are interested in speaking with you.
Main Responsibilities
-Maximum of 18 lessons per week (40-45 minutes each lesson)
-Monday to Friday classes with evenings and weekends off
-Student ages: 6 - 15 years old
-Deliver learner-centered, engaging lessons to students
-Ensure equal participation of all students
-Complete all administrative tasks promptly
-Actively participate in professional development workshops and activities
-Attend school activities, parties, and other events

Job Function
EducationSalary/Benefits
-Salary: 9,000 - 12,000 RMB per month for ESL teachers (depending on qualifications)-Salary: 12,000 – 15,000 RMB per month for subject teachers
- 3,000 RMB housing allowance per month
-Airport pickup, bank card, phone card, and apartment rental assistance
-Flight allowance: 5000 RMB in the first working month
-Over 3 months holidays per year including all national holidays (half pay during winter break and 1 month housing allowance, basic salary plus 1 month housing allowance during summer break)
-Legal Z work visa provided
-Social and accident insurance provided
-Free Chinese lessons and teacher training
-Supportive management
Desired Skills and Experience
-Native English speaker from UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand or Ireland-Bachelor’s degree
-120 hour TEFL certificate required (No TEFL? – We will help you get set up with a TEFL)
-Teaching experience preferred but not required. DE will provide training
-Clean criminal record
-Professional, positive and culturally aware
