Gi2C Group bridges the gap between the global community and China by providing and facilitating professional internships. Interns are placed in two of the leading cities of China: Shanghai and Beijing.
Our company is looking for responsible and outgoing professionals who are interested in pursuing a fulfilling career in a growing industry within China.
Position:
The Client Consulting Officer is based in the Beijing office and responsible for choosing, vetting, evaluating, and serving as an advisor to overseas clientele who participate in our leading internship program. This position includes developing effective sales strategies, preparing documents, processing leads, and communicating with clients in a wide range of countries.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Ensure a high standard of service by partnering with our Business Development and HR Placement teams
- Help and guide clients through the processes of applying, qualifying, being selected, and payment
- Schedule comprehensive interviews with HR Placement Officers
- Select stellar candidates for our programs that will qualify
- Evaluate the interests and backgrounds of potential candidates for our internship placements
- Conduct evaluation interviews with potential candidates
- Follow up and pursue inquiries from potential candidates

- Background in Consulting, Human Resource Management, Sales and/or Marketing- 0-3 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent command of spoken and written business English

- Patient, enthusiastic, detail-oriented and diligent
