Established in 1984, our client is one of the subsidiary companies of Donghao Lansheng (Group) Co., Ltd. They are a leading domestic HR outsourcing expert that provides HR management value consultation and full implementation for corporate customers from anywhere in the world.

Responsibilities:
1. Industry research: Work as trusted business adviser for management leaders and other senior executives of the company, and provide suggestions for designing business solutions that will help grow or transform the business.
2. Channel build-up: Build long term client relationship and engage in business development activities of One-belt-one-road; Build solid internal/external network to promote and develop operation strategy business opportunities.
3. Project operation coordination: Maintain relations with collaboration organizations, and proceed the procedure of all the projects such as set-up or corporate merging.
Requirements:

1. Good understanding of business and operation strategy knowledge, in-depth business function tactics and knowledge (such as sales & marketing, SCM, R&D or finance etc.)
2. Strategic and structural thinking, strong analytical skills and innovative approach to problems, relevant and solid experience in consulting methods and delivery is a plus.
3. Master degree and Bilingual in English/Chinese, with great writing and presentation skills.
4. Prior management consulting and project management experience preferably with leading consultancy firms is a plus.
5. Candidate with relevant background in South East Asia such as Singapore or Hong Kong preferred.
