Primary Responsibilities
• Explore new sales channels for the core business products and services in Personnel Management and Compensation & Benefits outsourcing.
• Utilize available sales support resources to meet or maximize the sales quotas
• Maintain existing business
• Conduct market survey, analysis, and marketing-related activities
• Manage key customers and promote long-term business cooperation and partnerships.
Requirements:
Qualifications
• Excellent English or Japanese speaking foreigner.
• Bachelor Degree required, MBA is a plus.
• At least 2 years of sales, marketing or business development experiences in the fields of business consulting or HR-related industry preferred.
• Good interpersonal/ analytical skills.
• Successful sales track of record, good negotiation skills, effective selling and presentation skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.
