Primary Responsibilities
• Meeting/exceeding sales quota, selling HR recruitment, payroll and benefits outsourcing, staff insurance and other services
• Managing incremental conversion opportunities from initial targeting through evaluation, product ordering and in servicing
• Maintaining existing business
• Implementing marketing initiatives
• Implementing national/regional contractual agreements
• Providing routine performance reporting
• Utilizing available sales support resources.
Requirements:
Qualifications
• Speaks English or Japanese at an idiomatic level
(Native speaker in English or Japanese)
• Bachelor degree required; MBA a plus.
• Must have 2 to 3 years of successful HR or business consulting related sales experience in China
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical and large account management skills a must.
• Successful sales track record, solid negotiation skills, effective selling, listening, and presentation skills required.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.
