Tourism & Hospitality Internship - Mexico, Cancun

Program Description

During the course of our internship program, we emphasize the importance of customer service and the positive image that should be projected to clients. Interns will spend their days outside of a cubicle and interacting with important vendors and visiting guests while our support staff and the multinational team works to help interns develop activities.

Working hours:

6 days a week
8 hours a day
1 day off a week

Qualifications

• Students 18 – 28 years old (about to graduate or no longer than 1 year after graduating)
• ENGLISH IS MANDATORY
• Must have an intermediate to advanced level of Spanish for administrative positions in Spanish speaking destinations
• Every extra language is a bonus and will highly taken under consideration
• Ability to learn quickly and meet the needs of the client
• Able to read, analyze, and interpret information, documents and policies.
• Willing to manage conflicts, negotiate, and resolve situations
• Able to face competing demands and prioritize tasks
• Self-motivated, independent and able to take initiative
