Sports Physiotherapy Internship in Ghana

Program Description

Join the Sports Physiotherapy program in Ghana and assist the Ghana football association. This is an underfunded, but extremely important organization that works with renowned Premier League football clubs. Volunteers will be able to assist with physiotherapy services for top football players in Ghana and even teach new treatments and procedures to local staff.

This opportunity is open to interns who already possess some qualifications in physiotherapy, even students who have passed training from the second year onwards. This is an ideal opportunity for those who are looking for a working holiday, a career break, new graduates, or those interested in honing their skills.

Teach players about preventing injury and rehabilitate those who have already been injured.

Qualifications

Sports Physiotherapists need to be self-motivated to take part in this internship and have a 'hands on' approach. You must also have recognised experience and qualifications to at least 2nd year undergraduate level.
