RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist with other projects including design projects, social media monitoring, tracking and updating, and other tasks as needed.
• Work with team and organize events including press conferences, exhibitions, open days and press tours
• Organize, create or contribute to a variety of internal and external publications
• Communicate with and answer enquiries from media, individuals and other organisations, often via telephone and email.
• Assistance in building and maintaining media contacts
