Project Manager Internship

Program Description

We are currently seeking to recruit an intern to join Bloom Consulting in Madrid, Spain, as a Project Manager .The intern should be a master student (or recent graduate), ideally with a Business Administration or Project Management background.

The tasks of the Project Manager position may include:

a) Managing multiple projects simultaneously
b) Leading complex internal and external projects with team sizes ranging from 2-10 people
c) Facilitating project meetings and communicating ongoing project statuses to top management
d) Managing and planning deadlines and tasks for other team members
e) Providing purpose, direction and motivation to the team
f) Clarifying and communicating project objectives and success criteria
g) Maintaining a positive environment that promotes individual development and high performance standards
h) Managing company events such as training and internal initiatives
i) Managing progress and quality reviews of projects, actively sharing knowledge and learning from project experiences
j) Managing documentation (e.g., project plans and templates, data bases, new/updated processes) Creating and performing evaluation metrics

Qualifications

a) Excellent relationship building skills, as well as strong leadership and team management skills
b) Accountability, pro-activity, creativity, good communication skills and enthusiasm
c) Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously (preferably in an integrated program)
d) Strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines and give attention to detail
e) Ability to work with little supervision in a very dynamic and deadline-sensitive work environment
f) Fluent at speaking, reading and writing in English
g) Ability to work in a team as well as individually
h) Passion for consulting and country branding
