Program Description
We are partnering with a global real estate development company that has branches and impact across the world. Their headquarters in China are based in Beijing. As an intern with this company, you will be responsible for assisting Chinese customers in purchasing housing property in Europe. This is a multinational company and so you will be working in a diverse environment.
Intern Responsibilities:
- Assist in training local staff
- Assist company clients in project overviews while maintaining a professional corporate image
- Aid in purchasing European properties for our Chinese clients
- Maintain and add to our internal appraisal system by promoting and updating applications
- Obtain and display property information
- Edit and upkeep training materials including designing exam papers, training modules, and conducting assessments
Personal Requirements:
- Be friendly and accommodating
- Be open to frequent business trips
- Have strong communication abilities, be willing to understand, have excellent writing abilities, and be aware of numbers
- Be disciplined and comply with company policy
- Be accepting and open to participating in market activities
