Program Description
Intern abroad with Art in Tanzania and assist NGOs such as UNICEF and Save the Children. This is a part of the Children’s Agenda Tanzania program as you assist with the rights of children and early childhood issues in Moshi (Kilimanjaro), Dar es Salaam, and Zanzibar.
With over 40 international and Tanzanian NGOs to help with, you can assist with medication, sanitation, and education. The rights of families and mothers are also covered. Assist with bringing attention to the plight of these individuals and communities through media efforts. Help homeless children, orphans, and those in nursery schools. This will help with building up the Early Childhood education initiative.
We are interested in interns and students who have many abilities, interests, and skills. Work with local Tanzanian professionals as well as international helpers. We work from Monday to Friday for 6 to 8 hours each day. This is an ongoing program and the two main leads are Mr. Michael Sungu and Mrs. Sonja Lauren.
