Job Description:
1. Supply positive and professional support, help solve the problems occurs during customers’ using process.전화통화나 채팅 혹은 메일형식으로 고객에게 기술지원을 하는중에 적극적으로 지품을 판매하는 업무
2. Deal with customers’ claims give problem-solving methods and promotion plans through logical thinking, data analyzing and tendency analyzing. 고객의 상황을 고려하며, 가장 적합한 제품을 추천해드린다
3. Negotiate with manufacturers and try hard to find the solution for users’ problem. 주문서 문의를 통해 판매를 완료한다.

Requirements:
Qualifications：
1.Korean.우수한 한글서술 능력과 한국어 소통 능력, 기초 영어
2. Aware of service consciousness, be positive and curious about new things while being willing to challenge.컴퓨터나 전자통신과 관련된 전공자 우선.서비스 마인드를 갖추고 있으며,
Preferable with graduations from universities and two years working experience in related positions. Meanwhile, one with the self-challenging spirit is also welcomed.
