Program Description
THE GRENADINES
Experience the beautiful beaching and coral reefs of the Caribbean islands. You will have the opportunity to live in paradise as you swim in clear water and enjoy spectacular sunsets and sunrises. Students with this program will be able to work on helpful local community projects that assist with cross-cultural communication. Students will be immersed in the local lifestyle and design summer camps for the local children lasting five days each. These camps foster and develop cultural connections. This is a great opportunity for teens interested in becoming teachers to develop their skills in a lovely area with extremely welcoming communities.
Participants
This program is optimal for graduates of the Windsor Mountain program. Program participants will have the opportunity to travel to a beautiful locale while engage with community service and developing leadership skills. This program is open to individuals who are excited to work with young children and have interests in creative activities such as music, crafts, arts, dance, theater, games, and sports. Come to this program with an open mind as you learn about a completely different culture and lifestyle.

What`s Included
Dates: July 9-Aug 6Starting/Ending Point: Windsor, NH
Program Fee: $5375. Travel expenses to and from Windsor Mountain and then to and from St. Vincent are not included in the program fee. Global Routes arranges group travel. Round trip airfare from Boston to St. Vincent will be approximately $900.
Group Size: maximum 18 students and 2 professional leaders
Service Component: approx. 50-80 hours
Language Requirement: None. English is the official language of the country.
