Program Description

Summer Study at Fordham is a unique program set in the heart of the greatest city in the world: NEW YORK CITY. Our campus is located adjacent to Lincoln Center; a convenient location to excellent shops, stores and restaurants. Meals are prepared daily in the Fordham Dining Facility and students are provided with a metro card for use on the subway. Staff will take students around the city to visit Manhattan’s most popular museums, landmarks and sights. Classes will take place from 2:30 – 6:30 pm on the Lincoln Center campus of Fordham and are designed to be “high-interest, low-pressure” classes. Business, Fashion, Law, College Writing, and more classes are available for students to choose from. Nights are also filled with amazing activities, unique to NYC: Broadway Shows, Top of the Rock, Circle Line Cruises around Manhattan, and more.

Summer Study Programs offers an outstanding pre-college experience where students have the opportunity to live and learn in the global capital of culture, finance, technology, fashion, entertainment, food, and so much more. Conveniently located on the fashionable West Side of Manhattan students will have access to all the major attractions and have the opportunity to live like a real New Yorker! Classes are taught during the week in subjects ranging from SAT prep, Broadway Theater, Business and Finance, Digital Photography, and Fashion and Design to name just a few.
