Program Description
Nepal is the perfect destination for an adventurous explorer who wants to conquer the Himalayan peaks. Nestled in the many valleys between some of the world’s highest peaks, rural communities use pastoral and agricultural practices to supplement their lifestyle. You will be a part of a meaningful community service project that makes a genuine difference in the lives of locals. Be immersed in the hospitality of Nepali folk and learn how to live simply among the backdrop of a rich cultural heritage.
“I loved this trip so much. The trek was amazing and beautiful, but what I enjoyed most was interacting with the Nepali people. I loved the home stay and having a wonderful native family to care for me and my homestay partner. It was amazing to totally immerse myself into the culture. I loved eating Dal Baat every night and washing our clothes by hand with a rock.”
