There are positions for interior designers within architectural firms, as managers in large corporations, as a part of interior design practices, independent consultancy, design education, or even within organisations that specialise in specific design components such as lighting and furniture.
Construction Management
Construction Managements is for students who are interested in finding positions as contract administrators, estimators, construction managers, quantity surveyors, and project managers. This is also the course for students interested in building, construction, and other related industries.
Urban & Regional Planning
The Planning Institute of Australia has accredited this course. A multi- and interdisciplinary approach is used in this course to address design, social and environmental issues facing the community. Successful human housing and settlement must be expertly planned and executed, and government protects public interest during the course of the development process.
