Let me introduce myself. My name is Irina, and I coordinate the language internships project. Also I deal with visa invitations and other formalities taking place prior arrival and during the internships, and act as a contact person for interns while they are staying in Russia for any issues they might have.
In short words about how the internships are arranged: we get requests from either side (a sending or a receiving organization) and try to match them so that everyone is happy.
Currently we have several requests for interns capable to teach English. A Voronezh language school is looking for someone to spend two weeks in their summer camp in July (food and accommodation (summer houses at a camping) is provided), and a language school in Lipetsk is looking for an intern for 1 or 2 semesters during the study year. They provide accommodation for all this period (host families or a rented apartment) and a monthly salary of 8000 rubles, which is an equivalent of 100 euros, but is enough to cover average expenditures for food and local transportation.
