Program Description
Cardiff Metropolitan University runs the MSc International Hospitality Management programme along with us. This course will allow students to create and advance theories and ideas that will improve the strategic growth of businesses in the field of hospitality. We also cover the importance and innovation of new media and communication technology.
This programme was created in order to establish in you an evidence-based platform that responds and shifts according to research. The hospitality field is very diverse and includes hotel chains to cafes. This important industry is a central part of the world’s economy.
This world is inundated with choices, so we seek to show you how to be innovative in this field and design a unique product. Great hospitality managers have a strong business acumen as well as an ability for creative thought so that they can create distinctive products and services.
Customer satisfaction and a high quality of service are still the foundations of a successful run hospitality establishment. However, our world is increasingly using evolving forms in technology such as online booking and mobile apps, so students are taught how to adapt to all technology changes in order to keep their innovation.
Students who lack foundational previous experience or qualification may potentially need to enroll in an extra semester of classes called the Principles Stage, which will extend the programme to 16 months**. The courses in the Principles Stage are:
Accounting and Decision Making Techniques
Business Environment
Information Technology and Management Information Systems
Students will be officially enrolled in Cardiff Metropolitan University. Students may complete the entire programme in London, however, they will also have the opportunity to spend the last semester at other LSC Group campuses in Asia and Europe.
The Master's Degree is awarded by Cardiff Metropolitan University.
