Program Description

The London School of Commerce has partnered with Cardiff Metropolitan University in order to offer a Master’s Degree in Information Technology. This course will show students how to keep track of technological shifts while ensuring that you are an up-to-date expert in this rapidly growing arena. The course will enhance your understanding in a variety of technological fields in order to help you advance your future career in IT. We specifically focus on Communications and Management Information Systems.

The course will:

- Instill the skill and background necessary to ensure your place at the top of academic and professional endeavors
- Encourage you to critically evaluate the information obtained through independent research
- Allow you to explore creative solutions to numerous problems
- You will become a reflective student as you pair theoretical knowledge with hands-on experience in order to make decisions
- You will be aware of your own strengths and weaknesses, as well as the manners in which you can improve and excel
- You will graduate with the necessary skills for successful employment that requires excellent judgment, motivation, and initiative to tackle unforeseen issues

Students lack the necessary previous experience or background may need to enroll in an extra semester of study known as the Principles Stage, which will extend the programme to 16 months**. The Principles Stage courses are:

- Mathematics for Computing and Introduction to Programming
- Networking Essentials
- Concepts in Databases

Students will be officially enrolled in Cardiff Metropolitan University. Students may complete the entire programme in London, however, they will also have the opportunity to spend the last semester at other LSC Group campuses in Asia and Europe.

The Master's Degree is awarded by Cardiff Metropolitan University.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree from a recognised university with good grades (should be equivalent to a UK Bachelors (Hons) degree). Professional qualification or relevant work experience in the field of IT is mandatory.

Should be at least 21 years old

Minimum overall IELTS score of 6.0 with at least 5.5 in all other components or equivalent recognised English language qualification.
