Master’s Programme in Cognitive Sciences and Technologies

Master’s Program in Cognitive sciences and technologies: from neuron to cognition offers advanced and combined cognitive psychology, cognitive neuroscience and modeling. For thousands of years, human beings have been mystified by the mysteries of animal and human behavior: how do memories, emotions, cognition or consciousness actually work? Only somewhat recently have we started to understand the specific molecular, physiological and cognitive mechanisms underlying our behavior. This MS Program focuses on contemporary research. Students attend lectures in English and practice in the leading laboratories of Moscow and our European partners. The program has strong links with research labs in Moscow's academic institutes. Leading scientists monitor students' applied training and the writing of a Master's thesis in the second year. The program is carried out in close cooperation with the École normale supérieure and Center for Functionally Integrative Neuroscience, Aarhus University.
