Program Description

There are two different areas of study in the Bachelor of Science in Information Technology program: Game Art & Design and VFX (Visual Effects) & Animation. Program participants will learn from incredibly experienced designers, artists, and technicians. This degree allows successful graduates to further pursue master’s degrees.

These two concentrations allow students to find successful careers upon graduation. Learn about the technology, foundational knowledge, and conceptual understanding behind careers as designers, developers, managers, and technical leaders.

The faculty are industry professionals in the computer graphics field that are employed by some of the most famous graphic and gaming production companies including Universal Studios, DreamWorks, Disney Interactive, Sony Pictures Imageworks, Twentieth Century Fox, Nickelodeon Animation Studios, and Warner Brothers on many projects including Avatar, Transformers 3, Star Wars Episode 1(3D), Kung Fu Panda, and more. Students can learn most recent production technology from our faculty and experience hands-on training as well in both VXF & Animation and Game Art & Design.
