ICI is the culinary arm of the prestigious hospitality school IMI University Centre in Switzerland. We offer a BA Degree (with Honours) in International Culinary Arts which is validated by Oxford Brookes University in the UK. Our courses offer students expert practical training alongside the management skills they need to excel in this field. Paid internships are organised by our Careers team in some of the top kitchens either in Switzerland or abroad.
On this programme you will learn a variety of skills and techniques with practical sessions drawing from culinary traditions from around the world. Alongside our permanent academic lecturers we also regularly welcome a series of guest lecturers who will share their specialist knowledge with you. From molecular cooking to top patisserie skills, you will leave ICI with a broad skill set enabling you to excel in any restaurant kitchen. Added to this, the academic focus on key business and management skills will give you a well-rounded education equipping you to succeed in this thriving industry.
