6-10 week immersion programs at a farm in western North Carolina, USA where students live in community with their peers and experienced instructors. Students practice sustainable living skills including organic gardening, beekeeping, and natural building; learn traditional crafts from master artisans including blacksmithing, pottery, and soapmaking; and embark on 3-5 day wilderness adventures which introduce outdoor skills including backpacking, canoeing, rock climbing and mountain biking. Spring, Summer, and Fall programs available.
