The Academy of Languages and Practical Skills is located in Beirut near the American University of Beirut in Hamra. ALPS is a program of the Institute of Middle East Studies (IMES) located in Mansourieh, Lebanon. Learn Arabic Choose Modern Standard Arabic (MSA), Levantine Spoken Arabic, or both Flexible ALPS adapts to each student’s scheduling needs and caters to students of every level. Practical All Arabic lessons incorporate the daily life and culture of Beirut enabling students to put their learning into practice right from the first day. Since the Lebanese learn Spoken Arabic in the home and not in school it can be difficult to find a good curriculum. ALPS textbooks have been developed by linguistic specialists, perfected through years of experience, and proven to produce great results. Personal Instruction It is our outstanding teachers and small class sizes that truly make the ALPS Difference. All class sizes are 6 or less students. |
