The Center was established in June 2011 as a youth initiative to offer educational services and improve language skills of the Hebron community, especially in conversational English usage. Excellence Center for Education and Training Services works to further educate Hebron community members by offering unique training courses. These courses are designed to equip participating students with the skills necessary to succeed in the business world and to improve their overall quality of life. Lessons in conversational English, leadership and other foreign languages are offered year round.
